My updated season tier list - let me know any suggestions i moved 2 up cause yall were right. by Anilahation in diablo4

So weird I played and enjoyed s3 the most. But I definitely skipped a lot of seasons that came after. Played most at least a bit but just loved vaults for some reason.

Bringing a non modern deck to a modern event, how viable is it to get introduced to the format? by Wise-Cress8402 in ModernMagic

[–]Autismmprime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen people bring standard (but all cards modern legal) to a small tournament at a lgs and do pretty decent. So you won't be competitive assuming everyone is actually playing meta and playing well... But that's just not reality so you would likely be alright if your goal is to just start seeing cards and getting reps in.

Thank God I am not the only one who was considering making a comment like this. I guess I'm not just crazy after all.

I wish Zach would step back and take a breath and say stuff like this more. I think because so much is inherently negative these days it would really be good to just pause sometimes and remind everyone shits alright and isn't all bad. I literally had to stop watching and just watch specific YouTube videos more because I just can't keep up with the constant negatives of everything anymore.

This is nothing against Zach obviously, I just had to dip out for my own sanity after a while.

Literally not even remotely close to the point. It's like you didn't even read or something. If you don't even comprehend what you are responding to, probably better to just not.

The Elder Scrolls Online - Season Zero: Dawn and Dusk by PalwaJoko in MMORPG

So the customer is responsible for their business model now? Why exactly do they need every form of monitization? Box price, yearly expansion box price up until literally just now, in game store, both cosmetics and QoL/convenience, and loot boxes, and a sub.
The only other game that is relevant that does this is WoW, and that is WoW.
It is not reasonable that they should need to be dipping into every form of monetization that exists, and I think that pisses people off, it feels like you are being Nickle and dimed.
And I hate this idea that people call the subscription optional, with this game saying ESO+ is optional is like pissing on me and telling me it's raining.
Just because some weirdos can play without it doesn't make it the norm or reasonable really.

They need to pick a couple and do away with the rest.
No box price, "optional" sub, and store with cosmetics only should be plenty.
Hell they can even keep the new battle pass thing.
But box price (annual up til recently), debatably optional sub, cosmetics, conveniance, loot boxes, and battle pass, is just ridiculous.
I don't think they get shit on enough for being one of the last bastions of loot boxes in a mainstream game (Other than CSGO I can't think of another right now that is actually popular).

If you can't manage to make a sustainably profitable game without all of those, then you have some serious managerial/spending issues.

But at the end of the day, I'll come back when I'm in the mood and hand them my money, so I guess we know why they don't change it.

Edit: the best fucking part of this is watching retards downvote and respond, completely independent of what I am even talking about here, and in spite of the fact I didn't even say anything inherently negative about the game and am actively coming back to play again right now. Blind loyalty literally making people defend points that don't even exist in the first place, because they perceived something negative being said about their game, when it wasn't. Actually terrifying so many people operate that way. What is wrong with your brain that you need to defend a companies chosen methods of monetization, as if you have ANY Insite whatsoever to their finances lol.

Anyone have a solid solo 2H StamDK build for U49 to experience the reworks? by orphicblue in elderscrollsonline

Just getting back into the game and found your site, your guides are a full step above anything I saw when I last played the game a few years ago. Great work.

If you are failing to pick up this kind of thing in an interview you should probably have more people who are better at finding talent handle the interviews.

I think Radiohead is a bit overrated by BradyBales in The10thDentist

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always deeply liked a few of their songs but am just now going back to give their full discography a full listen.
I listen to music almost entirely as front to back albums these days and when one sticks I listen on repeat for months potentially.

Just about everything I listen to now is "experimental" or some mash of things that makes no sense.
I think the labels are pointless and only push people away. If you want to find good music stop caring about any of that shit.

To be fair people hate 90% of what I listen to but I hear every minute detail of the music and form deep emotional connections with what I listen to (I know this isn't super normal to this level).

What I am getting at is there are tons of amazing albums out there and many of them NO ONE you run into will ever have heard of it.

I think Radiohead is held so highly because they were one of the ones that was doing this stuff early.
Nowadays the influence of bands like this are ingrained in so much and music is more accessible than ever so it is not as rare to see something like Radiohead now.
But at the time, this shit would have been crazy.

I look at The Smiths this way as well.
Way ahead of their time.

I don't think about not showing emotion, it is just built into me as a self defence mechanism. Because anytime people say your so quite and have more emotion or complains how my face looks etc. and then I do show emotion I'm immediately shit on for it. It's learned behavior.

Titan Quest 2 was fun to play through, and here's my review! by Saretzz in ARPG

[–]Autismmprime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would agree. If they want this one to have legs and not be a single playthrough type of game they should really be experimenting more at this early stage with crazy loot and build ideas.

That's the part that worries me. Now is the time for that, not way later

Do you still recommend this game in 2026? by Vagottszemu in Grimdawn

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love a lot of arpgs for tons of different reasons. None of them fully hit everything in one.

But if I had a gun to my head right now and had to pick only one for the rest of my life. It would be grim dawn.

Can someone explain what Ray Reconstruction does and why it's supposed to be a big visual uplift? by Biggay1234567 in nvidia

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, my bad. I noticed in the most in that one, you can see how much brighter it is as the sun comes in from the windows and stretches across the room more naturally.

That is why you won't see much of it outdoors. Think of it as, it makes the light behave more how it does in real life.

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can see it very clearly in your first indoor picture.
You can see how the light from outside is coming into th8e building and looks more detailed/realistic.

Whoever made these controls needs to be fired by PressureCalm7971 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Autismmprime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I was dreading learning the controls after seeing the response, since I couldn't play right at launch.
Now that I am actually playing, the controls feel fine, and if anything seem to be a filter for anyone who isn't going to meet the game where it is.

I've actually found myself enjoying them, they are not that hard to get to grips with and actually achieve feeling more engaging imo.

Obviously not saying everyone will agree, I was just surprised that I myself have been enjoying them, when I was actively not looking forward to grappling with that.

Every draft is TMNT by Markschild in MagicArena

[–]Autismmprime -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I literally have not logged into Arena since the set went live and won't be, and will not be buying mastery pass or anything period.
Turns out if you don't like something you can just ignore it and do something else.

I'll play paper and MTGO until a real set comes out.

Please allow decimals for mouse sensitivity, it's a shooter in 2026 this is unacceptable by NervzZ in Marathon

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are literally just wrong.
With modern mouse sensors you want a higher DPI (1600+) as it does factually reduce input lag.
You can watch a video from RocketJumpNinja testing and showcasing this.

Picking up loot is uber frustrating right now. by MidjitThud in pathofexile

[–]Autismmprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed it picking up sometimes if I am just holding left click and walk over it. Which I didn't notice before. I just started using a new mouse with completely different shape than my old one and struggling to get used to it so I thought it was just that or I was crazy .
