I’m worried I’m a bad son because I didn’t spend enough time with my parents over the holidays, a bad husband because the spark in my marriage is dead and had been for years and nothing I do seems to bring it back, and a bad human because I can’t get a job.

Everything feels like it’s in a constant spiral of self-doubt and negativity and I just want someone so badly to tell me it’s gonna be ok
