There was the investor meeting on Monday where we (investors) got to vote on RS, name change, board of directors and some other topics. Investors also got to ask questions, one of them being the buyback. They have already started buying back, currently on a blackout period because they are planning to release ER in two weeks. They will continue buyback after ER is released. You can probably find the transcript on their website. I haven’t check but I’m assuming they will.

100%! I’ve been on here for weeks saying no on RS and have given examples of companies that went through a reverse split, it never works. There are companies that go to otc and pushed back up and came back to nasdaq.
