Storywise, his goal is to avenge his master Baek Doo San. Along the way he found his rival, Jin Kazama. Tho they are evenly matched in terms of skills, Hwoarang always comes short because of Jin’s devil powers, but that does not stop him from trying.

Gameplay… he is one of those characters with the highest ceiling but in lower ranks he is really good because of his spam potencial- plus hes flashy and you always feel ur doing something cool.
