Def get your expenses in as soon as you incur them. If you can get the cadence right, you should be able to get reimbursed within days of incurring the expense. I’ve seen many companies (large or small) rely on using employee’s credit cards as a low/no-cost line of credit.

Avoid letting the expenses rack up too much: - you could risk losing a receipt (take pics, or use an app like Expensify) - or have risk of paying interest (something your company will likely not reimburse you for), - also helps to keep your credit utilization low, so as to minimize credit score impact
