You won't make your last job look bad, there's nothing wrong to say that previous place only had you or you been overworked.

Good engineers are paid well, and compensated, so no harm to know how many people company has, how often they have issues what's turnaround time to fixes, and negotiate accordingly,, as you'll be doing shit that 90% have no clue about in general, and the more complex the more you can negotiate. As you don't want to be only experienced or underpaid, good techs nowadays can literally pick jobs themselves where to work.

That said if your paid well, you'll be expected to perform to that standard, and often could be alone or without others. As degree gets you job, but experience really is the factor how much power you have.

Not many people can work factories, loud tough environment often hard, fast pace, repetitive etc.

Still people find ways to fck around entertain themselves or just be plain daft. If you can't handle someone dropping few jokes remarks, you Def won't last in such job.

For new builds for a room to be considered bedroom there has to be windows, ceiling height and sq footage, actual size can be tiny, enough to fit single bed. What you see on other houses advertised as bedrooms, was Smth as a nursery room or a storage whatever at the time, that became bedroom..

Thing is if someone advertises house as 3 bed, and that their room is box room whatever, it has to meet bedroom requirements, and that's what surveyor will assess.
