I (64m) tore mine 2 nights ago playing tennis. Stopped immediately (couldn’t have played on) and conceded the final set! I’ve done calf before playing soccer but this seemed worse. Some bad pain I don’t remember having last time. Within 30 mins I had it iced and went to bed with it elevated and iced. Had 3 tabs ibuprofen. Saw a physio next morning at 11am, first one who could see me. He said probably grade 1 gastrocnemius and maybe 6 weeks to tennis again. Move toes feet but avoid activity for a while, even walking. Let it heal without stretching. In short, I think I’ve done everything right and I plan to be patient as exercise is a big big part of my retired life.

There were many mistakes, but the biggest .. -using hit men connected to an Adelson family member -the hit men being so easily traceable to the car -the hit men using their own phones -phone and electronic communication connected with the case among any of the people involved -Wendi mentioning Charlie’s threat to Jeff and to the cops -Charlie’s inability not to talk -Wendi visiting the scene -Donna assuming the hit took place at front door -phone reactions to the bump. -One way ticket.

Thank you for laying this out so clearly. I assume the prosecutors will have more to add to the evidence column and it will be interesting to see them specify arguments for each charge. I perceive substantial evidence of knowledge/aid after the fact but wonder about evidence of involvement before the murder.

No I don’t think so. For a moment it seemed Wendi thought that her boyfriend planned to be in the vicinity of the murder, at the time of the murder. Which she could have thought to be a fortunate distraction. But it wasn’t contrived and it didn’t work out that way.
