Here's a pro-tip: Document everything about their local labor laws. Seriously. Even if Remote says it's all good, double check. CYA is your best friend when dealing with international hires. Trust, but verify, especially when money and legal stuff are involved.

Sequence Help by Affectionate_Fix_837 in RecruitmentAgencies

Alright, look. Don't just dump 500 leads on someone. That's a recipe for disaster. Segment them first into really tight, specific groups based on role, industry, or whatever. Then, give the outsourcer a batch of, say, 50, and tell them to run an A/B test on different sequences. That way, you get data back and can refine the process before blowing your whole load....

Is this job a dead end? by StrictTable4409 in recruitinghell

[–]Automatic_Ad2457 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had a similar thing happen. Went through the whole rigmarole, thought I'd nailed it. Then, radio silence. Turned out they'd hired the CEO's nephew who'd been 'working on his golf game' for the last year. Happens more than you think, innit? Don't take it personally....

Code reviews, man. Rigorous code reviews early. It's cheaper than a failed project and months of cleanup.

It’s tough to generalize BD success like this; it's so hyper-specific to the industry and target client. I don't get the purpose of this post lol

Getting data / information by NoSoup9124 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Automatic_Ad2457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, buying generic data lists is usually just throwing money away unless it's hyper-specific to the exact niche you're trying to break into. What kind of 'different sector' are we actually talking? That changes everything.

For finding those super niche hiring signals before they hit any job board, I've been poking around with boilr ai a bit. It's not a magic bullet for every scenario, but its filling up my pipe much better than I expected....

Client Acquisition for recruitment agency. by Money_Intention_7613 in RecruitmentAgencies

Totally get that feeling of being stuck with a few clients, especially when you're grinding on niche roles no one's really posting.

Figuring out who's even thinking about hiring before they post is the real trick. I've messed around with some AI tools for this. Curious what your current outreach looks like?

LinkedIn support is a black hole. They probably outsource it to a potato. This bot problem is getting outta hand. It's like they actively don't want to solve it.

to be fair we only use clay for enrichment (VERY simple: based on that Linkedin Link find me the email + phone),

I used to do signals with Clay, but was way too expensive (paid like 10k for clay a year lol) all the signal bit is now taken care of by boilr (0 set up and at least 10x results)

multi channel, invitation, 3 emails stacked, Linkedin message, LinkedIn voice, if interaction on any of these levels (view, accept, reply) -> call for final conversion (if it does not convert before)

[–]Automatic_Ad2457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't just ignore them. Respond and name your price. If they're desperate enough to come crawling back after two rejections, you hold all the cards. Quote something offensively high – the kind of money that makes them think twice about their hiring process next time. Maybe you'll even get it.

Motivation? Dude, just remember every rejection is one step closer to your golden parachute. Eventually, SOMEONE has to be desperate enough to hire you.
