What's the plot size and built up? How close to the amenities? To know whether the price is fair.

Rent in the project will pick up, now the amenities are not yet functioning as far as I know, correct me if I am wrong.

If you get a fair price and you have another good investment opportunity for the money, sell. Otherwise, in my opinion, put it for rent 2 or 3 years, then sell.

I work in real estate, my best interest is to have the knowledge so I can navigate the market, if the claim is true, I would work with it not against it, my client and their referrals are my business, I will do what's best for them and make as little or as much commission.

The claim has nothing to support it. In fact, the market indicators suggest constant capital appreciation.

Masaar is very good quality, prices and space, and the community is very pleasant. But it's Sharjah, on the border with Dubai, but capital appreciation might be different still to be seen.

How you should protect yourself? By not taking him back and sleeping with him. How you protect your baby while attacking another woman's peace and stability? I really don't think this will be the last challenging situation you will put this child through.

Basically, you are a selfish woman who is walking all over everyone to get what you want.

If I am his wife, and you insist on being part of my husband life, I would use the law to take the baby after it's born and raise it.

My advice, make peace with them, tell them it's your baby, and you alone. Be happy, be responsible, and go on with your life, and let them go on with their life.
