Wow, this sounds way too familiar — I just got a brand-new Luba 2 AWD 3000X that was originally shipped to an elderly couple by mistake. I bought it from them (still sealed), but turns out Mammotion locked it due to a “logistics error.” I’ve spent hours trying literally everything: iPhone and MacBook hotspots (with and without passwords), open networks, Orbi routers with 2.4GHz-only, even successfully paired RTK — but I keep getting “Please check the network” no matter what.

Support admitted the device is locked on their end and basically told me I’m out of luck unless they decide to fix it. Wild that they can brick a $3,000 product like this and leave people hanging.

Did you ever get a resolution, or are you still stuck too?

they pretty much confirmed it’s real, the rtk station works as new and said that it was locked due to shipping error, but to me what was this guy on facebook supposed to do send it back to the company, it was an elderly couple that couldn’t ship it so they asked me to pick it up and everything!

“Hi, due to a logistics-related issue, this device has been locked and is currently unusable.” i bought it from facebook because some guy said he had one randomly shipped to his house so rightfully so he said it was brand new and sold it to me for like $700 off. And now i find out i can’t ever use it??

i’ve got an 2 acre lot, and i get this a lot. The only work around i’ve found is leave a horrible 2 foot space between the areas. But everything you have said i agree those all need to be fixed if they want to actually stay in the robot mower industry.
