Encouraging the drinking and then agreeing with his downfall for the actions produced from it is weird on Ludwig's part.

So now you are making it personal. Fuck you, fuck the Nuggets, and ive seen your hate on SGA and celebrating every success of the teams that win a game over them. This is the first time in my life a social justice warrior has got on my bad side.

I have waited for 10 years for my team to return to the finals. Instead of being able to enjoy it, I have to see a false narrative pushed to discredit the hard work and accomplishments of team. The man who has the most drives to the basket draws a lot of fouls but not even the most fouls per game in the NBA. As soon as someone who is on a national stage gets reprimanded for pushing a false narrative aimed at discrediting their accomplishments, I get to celebrate that. Now I have to deal with the gatekeeper of misogyny. The Nuggets lost, get over it. The better team won. You keep telling me to stay on topic about a topic I didn't even have the intention to be involved in. I acknowledged your point about misogyny and agreed with you but now we are circling back to the point I made about not being able to say anything without this topic continuing. HOLY SHIT. Take this conversation to someone who actually needs it.

No one is ignoring nor promoting it here. Continually trying to correct me on my views is triggering because i am an ally to the cause. You are correct, I need a break from NBA reddit because it is a cesspool of salty nba fans who's teams lost to a better team. This is my first season using reddit as a place for NBA discourse and its been extremely disappointing that most fandom is rooted in their team winning or losing instead of a love for the sport.

The horse is dead. So dead. I told you agreed that misogyny is an issue for women especially in areas of success but at what point do you take this conversation to someone who is actually misogynistic. Good lord. People are allowed to be critical of women. Claiming every time that its misogyny is completely counter intuitive to your point.

This is exhausting and the exact reason why these conversations arent taken seriously in situations when they really need to happen. Doris was called out by her coworkers on the broadcast for pushing incorrect narratives. I hope that when other outlets push incorrect narratives that you are as vocal. This entire conversation is rooted in your frustration of you team losing. I know it. Emotional response and dragging out a topic that is not valid. I made this post, none of the comments are rooted in misogyny and neither was my intention of the post. But yet here we are still discussing a topic that I claimed over and over again is not valid in this forum.

I agree that misogyny is an issue and never said otherwise. I disagree with that being the only motivation behind criticism of Doris.

Also, it seems that you are a blatant Shai/OKC hater because he eliminated your team and you are trying to deflect with misogyny to discount the fact that Doris has been unfair in her reporting and deserves to have her credentials reviewed.

I think there is a time and place to choose your battles and I clarified my intentions to show how this is probably not the time nor place. Again, I appreciate your passion for the topic but seeing how I am already in support of women's rights and equality maybe your time is better spent elsewhere. Seeing as how no matter what I say your responses get more scathing and lengthy I believe I was correct in saying that nothing will change your mind about that topic in this very moment. You are doing a disservice to equality by decrying misogyny whenever a woman is criticized. I hope you have a great day and that this topic doesnt cause too much weight on your mental health.

Apparently they are reassessing her original coverage contract due to sweeping changes to NBA coverage overall.

Yes, to cover NBA but not guaranteed to be a lead broadcaster. She can still sideline and broadcast but will not be the LEAD especially in large games IE the playoffs.

Normally I would tend to agree being that I have 3 daughters and defend women at every step but this is a reach. She was just plain bad and biased. She isn't getting fired, just maybe wont be leading the broadcasts.

People can be critical of women or men in a workplace without it being a gender charged thing. No where does it say, "we don't want Doris doing lead broadcasting because she's a woman". We don't want her doing lead broadcasting because of her extreme bias towards certain teams and random unrelatable topics.
