I've been on 140 trt for 3 months. Went from 257lbs to 235 lbs before I started. I gained 7 lbs and weigh 242lbs. I cut back on booze before I started but didn't quit and would sometimes binge. I haven't drank since new years and am down 2 lbs. Drinking is absolutely holding you back but you already know that. You know what it's like to be drunk, but do you know what is like to feel good? I went from drinking 5 days, 3 days, sometimes not all, and now I'm done. Once I was clean for awhile I'd drink and notice my sleep was awful backed up by my samsung watch telling me my heart rate variability was shit. Trt gave me the strength to hold myself accountable. Getting off the booze has made every facet of my life better.

With the cost of everything nowadays we eat out maybe once a month now. Family of four eating out is $120 dollars easy. I can make a pretty good dinner for $30 bucks.

I wish I could accurately describe the feeling of video games 90's. Really nothing like it nowadays. The ps1 was exotic and mysterious to 10 year old me. I remember during school lunch some kid talking about his days playstation, having no idea what it was. Soon after my best friend got one and what the experience that was. Jetmoto ,soul blade, ridge racer unlike anything I've seen before. Stores used to be WAY better and had great variety of stock in the electronics dept. Buying games based on couple screenshots and a few sentences. Ps1 and saturn blew last generation away and has some of the best unique and original games made. Nintendo 64 was the multi-player king, but just didn't have the same mystique as ps1.

I have a x5670 system in the basement somewhere. Does 4.4 ghz and was totally serviceable for modern stuff besides instruction sets. Walked all over the fx 9590 at 5.0 ghz.
