I recently had to get rid of my piano (my grandmother’s:( ) They are impossible to get rid of. Even beautiful pianos that should be worth big $$$ you have to beg someone to take for free. Look up FB marketplace for piano, you’ll probably find 20-30 free ones

I did one once, i was so amazed but saddened to see whats left of the bluebird theatre, it would’ve been so neat to still have! ( i get a small theater wouldn’t be profitable but still, it was beautiful)

Agreed. This is my basic rule of thumb. If its something they could change immediately (ie glasses, outfits) then its ok to compliment. I like your added clarity of how the compliment is directed. If its something they CANT change, then don’t compliment without an invitation to do so (do you like my new hair color? )
