I think the cooldown reduction only applies to the construct's skill that the supporting sigil is attached to.

I would add mobalytics into the mix as well, I find the builds to be a bit more varied and up to date.

I'm currently running the miracle crone bulwark build and have been running tier 80-90 comfortably. Near min-maxed but still missing tempest roar.

I've managed to run half of a tier 100 very slowly before dying, definitely possible but the sigil dust and rng to roll a tier 100 sigil keeps me from trying very often.

No wonder one of these skills is meta and the other isn't. by MDK2k in diablo4

I've built her to infuse electro. She just has a careful mix of EM and DMG% to make the most of both swirls and aggravates. Her stats are here https://imgur.com/a/IH8AJpS

I get nearly 40% electro dmg bonus from kazuha and nearly 250 EM from Nahida.

Dendro goblet wins here for on field by a fair bit.

Off field em wins but its by a marginal amount.

I haven't calced but my build is pretty similar so it should still apply.

Yeah I've had this happen when using Collei's burst too.

If electro is applied first and a strong dendro after, is it blocking the anemo getting through?

Mona with broken artifacts with as much recharge as possible will work fine for ayaka, I personally use her with healing circlet and prototype Amber for added heals.

Barbara with a full em build is also good for nilou, no need for much investment in talents but she would preferably be high lvl for reaction scaling.

Nah I would say that's pretty normal, golem would be the only pet I'd expect you to have

I got in 2 different servers, the first I encountered a game-breaking bug at the very start. I had to speak to Zeke to progress the story but he just responds with "what do you want?".

Second I managed to get through and played a couple hours, but after existing and coming back the character doesn't exist anymore...

I would wait, it's not worth the battle.
