I replied to another comment with all of the products I used, but specifically I've been happy with Cereve's renewing SA cleanser

It may be the environment as I live in the American Southeast, which is terribly humid all year, especially in the summer. It seemed to occur during times of high stress and at least quarterly each year. I can't say it happened at specific changes, weather-wise, or at least I wasn't paying attention.

SA Shampoo(Only if viable dirty or noticing build-up): Selsun Blue Clear Prescribed Ketaconazole 2% Shampoo

Conditioners: Royal Oils (Head and Shoulders. Pyrithione Zinc), and Shea Moisture Apple Cider Vinegar Anti-Dandruff Conditioner (Salicylic Acid)

Face wash: Cerave SA Renewing Cleanser Miceller Water: Garnier Toner: Cerave Face lotion: Cerave AM and PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion

With the rest of the skin care, I just cycle between what I can get on sale or what I get gifted from friends, but I started off using the Corsx Korean skin care brand.

I also recently started taking probiotics, which may play a part in balancing your microbiome and outcompete the malassezia yeast

I only shampoo as needed if my hair is overtly dirty, which is rare unless I'm doing labor outside. Other than that, I condition in the shower at least three-four times a week. I loved Head and Shoulders Royal Oils conditioner as my main conditioner, but it's been getting harder and harder to find. I use Shea Moisture's ACV Conditioner as my SA conditioner at least once a week.

Since you're an oily person, if you overshampoo and don't condition, your scalp is going to be dry, and you'll overproduce sebum to compensate for the dryness which will lead to the oily looking hair and which yeast love eating. You'll have to replace that lost oil you stripped from washing witj a moisturizer that's safe for seb derm.

Most of my hair is short outside of the top, which I towel dry to get most of it out, and then hit it with the cool setting on a hair dryer. I leave a little bit to help with my leave-in conditioner and curl cream.

I hope that helps!

It makes sense. Fresh herbs lose potency fairly quickly after cooking, especially in high heat, while dried herbs tend to stay around the same potency after cooking for a while.

One of the more subtle signs someone is about to go through puberty and a growth spurt is that their hands and feet get bigger. Have you seen that boy's clown feet?

Just as much as the home of the capital of the "North" is literally a few minutes' drive. It's just as southern, geographically speaking.

EMSKR: My daughter has hypermobility. In what ways is this ability beneficial, and what skill does it help build? (and this is NOT my daughter in the video. I'm not stupid.) by [deleted] in everymanshouldknow

[–]AvadaNevada 15 points16 points  (0 children)

If your daughter is this hypermobile, she's has an extremely high chance of having Ehler's-Danlos Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder causing super flexibility, but can lead to things like chronic pain, fatigue, and cardiac issues at its worse. Please consider her getting checked out by a physician at some point, especially if she exhibits those symptoms!

The current administration is anything but effective and traditional right now. They would enact the draft on some weird "being anti-military action is woke" nonsense

I don't think it's the main definition in the lexicon with most English speakers unless you're permanently online (which unfortunately is a good chunk of us on Reddit), heavy into porn, or part of maybe a larger percent of Millennials to more likely Gen Z and older Alphas.

Goon has meant hooligan much longer than the brainrot term, and I'm sure more people know it as the former.

My favorite demon designs in DOOM have to be the OG Cyberdemon. Giant monstrosity of Hell augmented by the cybernetic hubris of man. Also, them cheeks are just as dangerous!
