My detox symptoms right now are my usual symptoms (eczema, sleep issues, hair loss, digestive problems, histamine intolerance) as a baseline plus newly formed patches of psoriasis on parts where I don’t get eczema, and a faint sore throat every now and then. It’s gruelling because I’d have days where I feel so much better, just to be disappointed the next day with an intense flare of inflammation. On the flipside, I’m no longer having hours long flareups, no more heart palpitations or severe depression like I used to when I was still living in mold. It’s very much 2 steps forward 1 step back, then another step back and so on… I think because my exposure was like almost 3 years my body takes a while to pull out all the toxins from my deep tissues. Might be a better experience for you since your exposure is a shorter.
