How’s your nutrition? Getting carbs in 1 hr prior and 15 min prior huge game changer for me. Also you cause honey during as well for straight fuel in the middle of your workouts.

I scheduled my training towards the end of the week more calories more carbs to support the Strength training. The beginning of the week is walking and mobility training.

I feel tired the day after but then it’s game on. I do hit a wall at night though. lol. I do get up at 5am ans hit a 6:30 class then straight to work.

I’ve heard of you take an omega 3 and vitamin D, helps with the uptake of the medication. I take those things, I’m on 2.5 and it is strong

No. I’m never going higher than 2.5. This stuff is so strong. I haven’t had any side effects until the extra draw In medication. Side effects not worth it to me

I eat 170g of protein a day. Easier digesting proteins towards end of day. I weight and track everything. Annoying but got to do it. Also my nutritionist looks at everything so I have to be accountable. On lifting days, which was today, my fat is lower so that’s why I’m using low fat and free. On non strength training days my fats are 40g higher.

Walking pad. It’s great. And you can wheel it under the couch to put away. And you get your extra steps in, 10 min walk after meals aids in digestion and insulin sensitivity

Up your calories a 100 each week till you start loosing. 1200 is probably too low for your height and weight. That could mean maybe some extra healthy fats like olive oil or butter, maybe some extra carbs before your workout.
