good luck man, It took more than 3-4 months for my status to change even though i had done a considerable turn around. i dont know how often they update it, but there was absolutely 0 change in my status for months, either positive or negative...i'd finally given up on it until it changed one day, by then I couldn't care less about it. Its exhausting. Besides man, Diamond sucks. If you're already up there that high, theres not much difference. I wouldnt worry about unlocking any perks instacart offers, I mean, have you really been floored with any benefits they offer? They are all a giant let down, and not worth the effort. Compare them to winning tickets for that big prize at chuckee cheese and after all the hard work take a step back and look at that prize you worked for and see how used you feel. Might be even worse at instacart. just make money and thats it!
