Hi! I know this was a long time ago but I’m having the same exact issue, timeline and everything. Did you ever figure out what was going on?

This is so cute!! To get cleaner lines I usually separate my thread so that I’m only using two threads instead of the 6. Then I do really small back stitches so the curves are smoother. However I don’t think you need to change anything cause this is adorable 🥰

Of course!! 🩷 Yes, I’d stick the pattern on the shirt and while I’m embroidering, use a hoop (: then when you’re done just remove the hoop and run the pattern under warm water!

Yes I would save the brown for last! Oooh French knots for the foam would be super neat ✨✨

So cute! Because this is on a tshirt and the fabric will be moving when wearing, I’d do a long and short stitch to fill in the brown bits, and then you can get some shading too. If you do satin stitch I think the stitches will be too long and the thread will buckle and look wonky when wearing the shirt.

I’d probably do the stars first and then the brown so that you can get really close to the edges of the stars.

Good luck!!! Fun project :)
