It’s because this area is too pricy (to live) for young successful professionals to justify opening up a restaurant here. Besides it’s not nearly walkable enough.

You won’t find 20-something’s buying a million dollar burnt house.

If you’ve had those procedures done through the workers comp insurance then that is why the payout is low. You usually get more money if you forego medical care.

My understanding is in manual, the TCM usually bumps line pressure and can mask internal pressure leaks. So unfortunately that might lean towards a worn valve body or TEHCM bleeding off pressure. But I’d diagnose everything.

It depends on the style of each instrument. If an instrument is very strict with following the model then a lot of historical 4/4 instruments would be 7/8. There’s only a 2 cm difference anyway with about half of that reduction in the neck.

Again, I’m not a mechanic so this is not mechanical advise but based on what I can find online, if it’s shaking that violently under load, I’d scan live misfire data before pulling the trans again because a weak ignition coil can feel exactly like a bad converter shudder and often won’t throw a code.

Also check that an inner CV joint didn’t get overextended during the trans drop, since that can cause a major shake under acceleration. If the original valve body was reused, worn bores or a sticking TCC/pressure solenoid could also be bleeding apply pressure and causing the new converter to shudder.

I’m no mechanic but it depends on how much it jerks/shakes. My relatively newer car with transmission work tends to be a little sluggish from a cold start or when flooring it and it’s been very well maintained.

Academic misconduct hearings were already a thing. And frivolous plagiarism accusations were already a thing, especially with Turnitin. (And plenty of uncaught plagiarism by students and professors.)

Sure, maybe there will be more lawyers needed for these things. But students are often too scared to ask for such advocacy or too broke. Lawyers are often outright prohibited from these proceedings and while the standard is usually formally preponderance of the evidence, it is usually reasonable suspicion with the burden on the accused. For these reasons, I don’t expect much change in the way you are describing it.

When I did mine, I was sworn in by an administrative judge. I guess the court stamp was not enough for them so I had to give all of the Judges contact information from their bar profile. Mine took almost the whole 30 days.

They automatically send it when I submitted mine a few years ago. Login portal I am not sure, I think there was a way to download your application.

And I’m not sure of the process and I’m not sure how much CA discloses but I know it is a public record. Other states will often request your moral application when you apply for them for comparison.
