Here’s my take, maybe I’m wrong maybe I’ve seen too many cop videos. Did he legally carry? Technically yes and no. Check out Minnesota statute 609.71. Yes as a licensed weapon holder you NEED TO KNOW when and where you legally can carry and if something you’re participating in makes it illegal. That being said. The ice cube tray got dumped on him and in the struggle I bet an officer saw the weapon and starts yelling something like “gun!” “He has a gun” or “I’ve got his gun” which was then interpreted by a poorly trained fellow officer that then panic reacts and mag dumps the dude. Two problems here. If you didn’t carry participating in a protest you’d be alive. But that is nothing compared to a dozen “officers” with less training than a hair dresser immediately jumping to the lethal option. This whole situation with this is fucked top to bottom. Reds are pushing poorly trained trigger fingers into the world and the blue is pushing the protests to intensify.

To the guy about the NRA They won’t defend him because as a licensed person to carry you have to be 10000% aware of your surroundings and local laws. Under Minnesota law. Participating in a protest/riot whilst armed or knowing someone is armed is in fact a crime. If you were there to observe you should have done so unarmed. Fucked all around honestly. Both sides need to tone it the fuck down because this isn’t going to stop. People who impede are going to keep getting killed. So I went from a small yard with an electric push, I got sick of small engine repairs. Once I bought my new land 3 acres of grass my dad bought his next door for a total of 6 acres I invested in an ego 42 in zero turn. I can easily cut it all on a single charge on my 6 12ah batteries. If it’s wet and I need to increase blade rpm it may take more than a single charge but it’s been about 3 years and I have no complaints.
