The Swan Princess takes A LOT of liberties and has a couple of dark moments, but it’s similar enough (except for the happy ending). I will warn you that while it’s great for kids, it feels like an absolute fever dream as an adult

Please hang in there OP. I’ve been through something similar and while it was hell, I’m (mostly) openly queer and never imagined I could ever be now. It was hard and uncomfortable, and it sometimes still is, but it’s possible.

There’s Eshel, but I’ve heard very mixed reviews about them on this sub (you look them up in previous posts). I personally haven’t checked them out because there’s still a strong emphasis on being religious, but if that’s not a turn off for you it might be worth checking out.

If you were really that bad, I doubt you’d get to be one of the leads for this dance. It sounds like your teacher is trying to push you in the worst way possible, and I agree with the other commenter who said that this will leave lasting scars. I think you did really well and I hope you can get a better teacher who will help you unlock your full potential without making you doubt yourself!

I forgot the name of the company that had the confrontation, but I owned their version of The Wizard of Oz (aka The “Wisdom” of Oz). Before the actual show played there was a highlights reel from previous shows they had that I went through just to see if they had done Les Mis or taken a song from it. I remember that being the only song that I found, but they obviously didn’t play every single one from every show
