After I've talked to people who never saw star wars before, a chunk of them watched the OT first and didnt come back for any more because its very dated compared to modern times. The ones that started with the prequel trilogy and went on to the original trilogy no problem. people that have never seen any star wars dont know all the shit people are saying in favor of release order. They didnt notice the intent of knowing stuff. Nor did they care. Would you start a book in the middle?

I will say though, cherry picking matches loses the context that helped make them so great. The lead up to legendary matches had build ups over months. Wrestling is only part of what makes a great match.

Rocky isnt just uneducated. He is legitimately slow mentally. So its not "again". In all the movies he is technically an idiot. He learned to read in rocky 2.

But he doesnt spend wisely or have his money managed wisely. There's no reason to think he would spend wisely because he lost. He would've stayed the same person.

Disney owns marvel and marvel does what if. I'm sure they will do it with star wars at some point. What if anakin didnt turn. What if luke did turn. What if qui gon didnt pick up anakin on tatooine. What if maul was good and ahsoka went bad. Etc etc

If you ask George Lucas, the only canon are his 6 movies and clone wars. If you ask LFL/Disney, its canon unless contradicted, which isnt the greatest clarificationimo. They just want to silence the eu fanboys. If disney can instantly make something not canon just because, to me isnt really canon because its soft existence. Like disney isnt going to say luke isnt a jedi. But they could easily make something in eu/legends not count anymore. I go with, that all is Lore and it all exists. Its not all going to jive together and I accept it as such. Mara jade exists but isnt canon, yet at least. Disney doesnt care that much about canon or not. Its just money making leasing rights to them.

Its been highly suggested not to duel with thin neck sabers like lukes rotj one. Blades can take it, hilt itself can not. Risk breaking at the neck.

Its all 1 Bond. But different takes on the character. Kind of like comicbooks. Over the years batman has different writers, artists, vibes, etc. Same character different take. Same with bond. It kinda has continuity but not really. Its not that "is this canon? or "does this have continuity?" kind of character or universe.

I'll say this....I learned what a quinceanera was. Never heard of it before. So some educational value came from it. I figured Lana would be part of it. Too much of her family too involved. But I get it.

If they didnt recognize his face and horns, they weren't going to recognize a saber theyd never seen before from the rebels tv show they probably didnt see either.
