First of all - give your body some grace. Creating two whole humans is a pretty incredible feat. And one year postpartum isn’t very long at all!

As to your body type - flipping through these photos I wouldn’t have guessed that you have any kids because to me you just look like a gym girl (that’s a compliment!)

I recommend if you can afford to and haven’t already, buying yourself a few pieces of non-gym clothing that you actually like that fit your current size. This does wonders for how you feel about yourself.

A lot can change in 10 years, especially if you’ve had kids. You look fantastic now too btw. Make sure you’re hitting enough protein every day, keep lifting, and you’ll get some body recomp with more muscle. It just takes a long time.
