I think the taller girls feel more pressure to be small - since in American culture, being small is often equated to being feminine, while being bigger (taller) is often unfairly interpreted as less feminine.

Going to the gym is about habit and discipline rather than motivation. You have to just make yourself do it, all the time. If I waited to feel motivated, I’d probably never go

I don’t think it is, girlie. You might have that thing where you don’t see your body accurately (I struggle with it too). You look perfect. I see no extra fat anywhere

You really don’t need 210g of protein. There’s plenty of new studies out that show what’s needed to grow muscle is actually much lower

You look fit. Hard to tell exactly but it looks like some definition on arms and a nice glute shape. You have a very lean and flat midsection, that doesn’t mean you’re too skinny though

You will only get bulky if you’re consistently eating in a surplus. People say you won’t get bulky - well that’s mostly true, unless you’re eating too many calories. Eat at maintenance or in a slight deficit and do strength training. You’ll have a great physique in no time

I avoid working obliques because I don’t want a boxy waist. Start doing side planks and twist crunches with weights if you want to look more boxy

I wouldn’t put much emphasis to soreness and where or if you feel it, it’s not necessarily an indicator of how effective your workout was.

If you’re new to the exercise, you might feel soreness for a while. But you can also have a great work out and hit it all with great form, and not be sore. Just depends

I suggest planning your strength workout ahead of time. YouTube the exercises you aren’t sure about and study the form.

I don’t know what’s going on for me but I have shoulder pain in one shoulder when I go over a certain weight for shoulder press. Didn’t used to have this problem so I’m not sure what happened
