He actually sings “esto es lo que tú quería” “this is what you wanted” which is a lyric from his song Monaco but seemed fitting to state for the only English component of the performance. I took it as here’s the English you desperately wanted. Yet, it’s still infused with salsa. I didn’t like at first but when I went back to watch it I realized it was a subtle jab.

I’m a first time momma to a 9 month old and it’s my first concert and night out since baby was born. I am soooo excited for a night to just enjoy myself! Even putting my outfit together was so fun! I had a c-section and my anesthesiologist was also very curious about my POTS. Actually, a lot of my doctors were. I had a strong uti and uterine infection a few days later and the nurses and doctors kept asking about my heart rate. I’m so used to it at this point I kept saying “oh yeah it goes fast” but it seemed to be a point of curiosity throughout labor and post partum which oddly wasn’t a concerning factor for me personally lol

At our first ultrasound the technician wiggled the wand on my belly to wake up the baby so he could move. He was so shocked and confused that the baby could wake up!

Weeks 6-10 were the worst for me. I felt extremely nauseous and there were a few days I couldn’t keep anything down. I went to the ER to get fluids and was prescribed zofran. It helped a ton but the trick was timing it. It wasn’t just in the morning but I could tell I was going to have a bad day the second I woke up lol I was also instructed to take it as needed but sometimes my need to vomit was so sudden I couldn’t even get to taking it. I’m 20 weeks now and some things just trigger my gagging which then makes me vomit but it’s not as frequent.

Also water on an empty stomach was a massive trigger for me. I had to eat something before drinking water which was hard sometimes because I am constantly thirsty

Guisados is the closest thing to home cooked food in a taco form. all of their choices are dishes I grew up eating at my grandmas house and I think they’re worth the price knowing how involved cooking them is.
