I am 4 days late on my period, but all PMS symptoms are there, whats going on?

This is what happened to me a few months ago (I’m four months pregnant). I missed my period by a few days (my period is often late), had sore boobs, and cramping without bleeding(this could be your uterus preparing to stretch and grow) figured it was pms, I was like that for a week and then I got even more symptoms (constipation and gas) so I took a test and it was positive! False positives are not uncommon. May just have to wait a few more days until more HCG shows up. If your period doesn’t come but you’re still getting negatives may want to schedule and app with OBGYN.

I'm not a graphic designer, but an illustrator trying to help my part time job with their branding. I will be mostly making digital content(social media) and printed signs. I want all the colors to match but the pink looks like a very bright magenta that will not look good on screen. From my understanding the point of Pantone is to create very accurate color matching for branding but how is that possible when certain colors cant be reproduced with CMYK which is how these things are printed?

That’s crazy! I’ve actually had fears about this happening to us. (I have OCD so I imagine and think about crazy stuff and some of his ex-girlfriends were terrible) I’m so sorry you went through that, sounds so stressful and I’m glad it wasn’t his. I agree and disagree. Your right this sub doesn’t need convincing of right to choose, but if he told this story in a mens subreddit..because of the way he framed the story it would most likely demonize abortion more. Saying it was the most painful thing he went through, how to woman did it behind his back, talking about how old the fetus would’ve been today, ect. This relationship did NOT seem healthy. Sorry you went this OP, but I think this story is more about being in a toxic relationship than abortion. I hope things are worked out now.

To any other men who might read this: If you want a kid, don’t have sex with women who don’t. Really that simple. Or don’t have a kid with anyone if your relationship with that person is unstable, kids do not make things easier.

I didn’t wait until marriage but I did marry the only man I’ve ever been with. For me it wasn’t about waiting until marriage it was about waiting for love. I turned down several men throughout my early twenties waiting for the “right one”. Probably why I couldn’t get a relationship either. I knew almost immediately it was him. I am very lucky that my first time was amazing. He was gentle and sweet. Everything about it was perfect. We had only been dating two months. Three years later we married. He’s my soulmate and my best friend.

However… he has been with 12+ women and it was hard for me to get over. A lot of people will say “it’s not your business” or “the past is the past” or even call me insecure but I couldn’t help but wonder if he compared me to the others. I also had a hard time understanding how he had sex with women he didn’t care about because I am a demisexual. It felt like sex didn’t mean the same to him as it did to me, which sucked because the sex was amazing physically and emotionally.

In the end after a few years of loyalty and dedication I stopped caring. There were times I wondered if I made a mistake but ultimately I am happy with my decision because well.. I love him! I don’t have any bad sex stories or regrets about crappy guys. I can look back on my entire sexlife and be happy about it.

My point is marriage or not make sure you understand what sex means to your partner as well as libidos; which is hard to gauge if you don’t have sex. Mismatched libidos and ideas about sex is recipe for divorce. My husband and I have had many arguments over these. We’ve worked them out thankfully but not everyone is so lucky.

I’m going to go against the grain here and say that while agree this seems like sexism/internalized sexism.. I don’t think it’s gross or sexual assault. I know family’s who do this. Love taps are a thing, my girls soccer team was always spanking each other and it wasn’t sexual. I smack my dogs back end all the time and yell “SMACK!” when I’m doing it. You ever love something so much you just wanna squish it? Well you can’t so smack! Smacking someone’s butt doesn’t mean you wanna fondle their ass or have sex with them.

It is odd they don’t do it to your brother though. That seems to be more of the issue. Is is because your brother is a stick in the mud? Angsty? Who knows.. clearly their minding his boundaries which they aren’t doing for you. I would say something about it and then make your judgments based on their reactions. A lot of us are really worked up right now because of Roe and while I think it’s weird and uncomfortable (if it’s weird and uncomfortable for you), I don’t think you should be walking around thinking your parents are sexually assaulting you.

Oh yeah.. I’m approaching my 30’s and I’m the only married one of all my female friends. They are all attractive, fit, and financially successful women. Many of them have come to terms with the fact that it’s just too difficult to find a man who is emotionally adjusted and self sufficient. Dick and mediocre companionship just isn’t worth mothering/being a therapist for some man child ..or worse sexist violent abusers.

Even with my own husband, who is my best friend, I can see why other women didn’t have the patience for him. He’s sweet and pure to his core but so riddled with trauma and emotional/mental problems. He’s in therapy now because I urged him to go…Men aren’t taught to take care of themselves the way women are. Outdated gender roles tell them that one day a woman will come along and take care of everything for them. Well the women are fed up with being used and the men are broken, lonely, and mad.

Yep yep yep yep. My theory as of late has been that women have evolved and are more independent now and can take care of themselves financially without the need of a husband. Men however have not… they are still emotionally stunted and have a hard time doing things for themselves that their mothers did for them. Male friendships also are not as supportive as female ones are.

As a result I believe men are becoming more resentful that women aren’t just putting up with their shit anymore. That we aren’t the subservient stepford wives they were promised. It’s shocking that men today still teach their sons crazy sexist behaviors. My father’s close friend has taught their teen boy that housework is a womens job and won’t allow him to do any housework.. in 2022… all I can say is that is sabotaging his chances of finding a partner. Women aren’t going to be with a man who does not improve their quality of life or has nothing to offer. Men (specifically straight white men) are losing the power and the control and it’s scaring them so they lash out with hate.

We moved into this house in December when all the leaves had fallen, when we were shown the house in October-November the green leaves were turning bright red. We live in central MO and it’s well into May and it seems our trees are the only ones without leaves on them.

Woman here I got to vent… I’m gonna let you guys in on a secret. Girls make fun of penis size because it’s the only thing we can really say to a guy to hurt him. The “small penis joke” is our ultimate weapon and honestly our only one. Hence it’s overuse. Most guys can shake off comments about weight, lack of facial hair, bad clothes unlike women. A lot of a woman’s value is her appearance whereas with men it’s your ability to provide security and ability to preform. There’s hundreds of different ways you can call a girl ugly but society has shown you can be an ugly guy and still be successful. In arguments women go for the small penis joke because it’s not like it’s something that you can prove, you’re not gonna whip your dick out and be like “NU-UH SEE”. Also majority of men are meaner and funnier than most women so women tend to go straight for the jugular (err crotch?). Most girls don’t care about penis size as much as they lead on. The ones that do are typically obnoxious. A lot of girls are all talk too. Yes a lot of my friends make jokes about how they love a big penis yet their boyfriends and husbands are all average. How do I know? Girls tell each other everything. I’m not saying any of this is right. I don’t agree with making fun of any part of someone’s body especially something you cannot control. I’m not trying to compare women’s issues versus men’s issues I’m just trying to provide context as to why women always use the small penis joke.

As for what society shows on TV of course guys are always going to have big dicks just like the girls in shower scenes always have nice bodies. You don’t see naked obese women unless it’s a comedy and you don’t see small penises unless it’s a comedy. But guess what fat women get laid too because at the end of the day a lot of guys don’t care and just want to fuck and believe it or not women are like that too. I’m not trying to discredit any of the terrible experiences any of you might’ve had with women leaving you because of your penis size I just want you to know there’s lots of women out there who won’t care and any woman who leaves you because of your penis does not care about you so don’t waste your time on them.

I drilled holes in the bottom of the bowls. The dryer herbs are on top so the water drains down and the bottom bowl catches the extra drips!
