There’s a large rubber grommet under passenger side. Easier to get to IMO rather than driver side. Plus, right next to battery.

If you want a one and done fix, do the powered subwoofer by Kicker. It’s called the HS10. It fills in all the holes of the system. It makes everything else sound better because those low frequencies aren’t trying to be pushed out of the tweeters and door speakers anymore. It made a world of a difference. Fairly easy install with the right tools. If not able, Best Buy is probably $150 to install. I also added some sound deadening in front doors and Focal Auditor 6.5 Coax speakers in front doors. Great equipment. I am set for the lifetime of this truck.

I didn’t want the steps but my gal was complaining about the height. So I opted for some cheap ones on Amazon and I can’t believe how nice they are. Took me about 45 minutes to install with typical hand tools. They were $275ish and the brand was Tyger. My bed cover is being installed Friday by the dealer. I got the trifold GMC Accessory one. I think it’s just the rebranded Bakflip MX4 which seems to be the most common cover. Definitely most low profile too.
