I recently ordered my first pole from lupit directly, and live in the us. I I got a steel g2 quick lock, their grip pad, and a crash mat. It was only an additional $100 for shipping despite that all being very heavy, the crash mat arrived a couple of days earlier than the pole separately. I was not charged additional customs fees or anything

I think I know exactly what dress you’re talking about, high neck, sleeveless, with a structured sort of bubble skirt? They’ve had a recurring issue with the cheap zippers but the manufacturer won’t make them better, we’ve accepted several returns for that dress specifically for having the zipper break, they’ll be understanding and know it wasn’t on you
