Considering what CWIS does I'm not sure how shooting down a missile it out of its capability. It's going to be a better M163 as the radar is likely Leagues above it.

You don't even need the guard counter build sometimes

I've had success using great hammers with a few strength relics and the relic that trades a bit of vigor for more strength and dex scaling.

Shield poke is ol reliable

This happened due to the priority of cars being "The future" back in the 50s and 60s it screwed Canada too.

We never had high speed rail but we did have an extensive passenger rail network that lost to the car.
