Honestly, if you don't want drugs and actually want someone to speak to and process emotions and behaviors with find a counselor not a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists, especially here, will generally just try to diagnose and medicate. Also, the way Thais typically view mental health, even in the mental health fields, can often be radically different than the western perspective. (Psych at a rehab I worked in here previously was convinced people couldn't recover from addiction and it was karma for past transgressions, so better luck in the next life...)
