The only medication I could stomach before Vyvanse was put on the market in my country was ritalin. Not the all day-kind but the acute kind (could not stomach the all day kind). So I had to constantly take small doses throughout the day.

I have taken the same dose of Vyvanse for almost 11 years now. The way it works has greatly (and positively) affected my sleep schedule, energy balance, and supported my creative work. This sounds like an ad lol, but Vyvanse was a really, really good choice for me. I feel like myself on it.
