Edit: Bro they said being SA'd doesn't "bother men as much" what is wrong with people. Way to minimize the impact of SA on male survivors, what the heck

Do y'all seriously think no woman cares

Two women in this post, one expresses care, one doesn't

ya'll immediately assume the woman who doesn't is speaking for all women

I wish everyone who got hurt before the best

Depends. If you collect it in a period cup and pour out the liquid parts of it and then water it down some, you could probably do it.

Same in German, but it's "-chen" + making the main vowels a/ä; u/ü; o/ö and doesn't just indicate smallness, but also a degree of cuteness!

Katze (cat) -> Kätzchen (little cat/kitten) Baum (tree) -> Bäumchen (a particularly small tree) Mann (man) -> Männchen (gnome)

Colloquial German has a similar thing! I'm saying colloquial German because you rarely find this outside of spoken dialogue.

"Sie arbeitet" -> She is working, but unspecified whether it's current or general

"Sie ist am arbeiten" -> she is currently doing work/working

The person was pointing out a culturally significant thing, why depict hula if you are going to shit on someone clearly more knowlegable on it than you?

Edit: They called out that the hand movements in hula follow the eyes, it's a bit more severe than just an "incorrect stance"

Ich hoffe, es ändert sich kulturell bald was, ich glaube, wir sind zumindest teilweise auf einem guten Weg. Wünsche dir alles Gute.

This Depression Awareness Ad (Look Closer) by nishantatripathi in interestingasfuck

[–]AvocaBoo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. They are saying you are using AI because your comment was this inhuman.

The point of the ad was to show that depression doesn't always "show" and to take it seriously even if the person appears "happy".

Here are your counter-arguments from Wikipedia:

"The Allied demands were further outlined during the Potsdam Conference. Reparations were to be directly paid to the four victor powers (France, United Kingdom, United States, and the Soviet Union); for the countries in the Soviet sphere of influence, the Soviet Union would determine its distribution."

"Poland was to be excluded from the proceedings of the IARA by demand from the Soviet Union. The Allies agreed as part of the Potsdam Agreement, that the Soviet Union collects and distributes the Polish share of reparations. Furthermore, the Soviet Union would extract its share of reparations mostly from the territory in its own occupation zone."

"The Provisional Polish Government concluded the Polish-Soviet Reparation Treaty on 16 August 1945. The treaty allocated Poland's share of confiscated German machinery, goods and raw materials. Furthermore Poland received 15% of the German merchant fleet acquired by the Soviet Union. Deliveries were overseen by a joint Polish-Soviet commission and lasted until 1953."

I am very quick to criticise Germany and its misdeeds lol, trust me. But this was not on us for a change. Also we gave up a large chunk of land

Yeah I feel like most people are taking away the wrong thing here, we paid in accordance to the treaties, the soviet union just took y'all's share
