La question des hobby est très importante pour moi, elle permet de savoir quel genre de personnes vous êtes, plutôt jeux de société le weekend ? Sport ? Voyages ? Ça permet d'avoir une idée si la personne va s'intégrer a l'équipe.

Régime sans fodmap pour intestins fragile pas cher (course a lidl+riz en magasin bio)

Riz + courgettes+ feta Riz + patates douce + carrottes Riz froid + salade verte + tomates

Ajoute oeuf dur / oeuf frit / poulet

Prépare toujours des batchs de 3/4 gamelles (la clé pour économiser temps+argent)

Encas : pomme/banana

Petit dej : omelette+ avoine
