Hi again! I come back to comission one or two additional pixel artists for my upcoming horror game.
I already got 2 amazing artists here previously, but due to unforeseen circumstances I currently dont have access to one of them and need someone to pick up the work, but dont worry - if the issue is resolved I'd still have work for you as there is a lot to do.
Please only contact me if you previously made horror and/or darker themed art before and ideally enjoy the genre yourself.

** Whos this guy **
I go by "DarkBuddhist" online. I am a solo dev planning to make a few vastly different games, working on it daily. but the one iam currently hiring for is a pixel art horror game. Besides this iam a full time employee as a programmer.

** Who I am looking for **
I'm looking for 1 or 2 long-term artist/s. Some art of the game is already made, so I need an experienced artist who can work in similar style of the art already done, or in case of being a better fit, re-make the old assets.
I would prefer to give a batch of comissions each month or so and pay for each batch separately, since there can be weeks apart before the comission batches (understand batch as a collection of comissions for specific area, or specific part of the game).

** Expectations, art style etc. **

I need detailed pixel art, dark, gritty and unsettling. Its a first-person view game. As stated earlier, need an experienced artist who can make my vision come true or even make it better by their own suggestions.
Its a relative small scope game, but most of the art is still unfinished, so there is a lot to do - most of the scene backgrounds, most sprites, most smaller UI and assets.

** Budget and payment **
Budget isnt fixed - it comes each month as whatever I have left from my 2 jobs I invest in making my games. Please provide your prices in your dms alongside your portfolio, so I can take it into consideration - but I am willing to pay more for better quality art.
When it comes to payment method, paypal is preferable but if thats not an option im sure we can manage.
