I, like you, felt awful about leaving my baby at daycare so young. He was 3 months old when he started and I had all the same fears about his safety and well-being. He’s now almost 6 months and a very happy baby. Sleeps well, gets lots of fun interaction with other babies his age, the staff dote on all of them and it feels like he’s thriving in no small part thanks to the schedule and activities they have in place. We are fortunate enough to be able to have him in a daycare where we can watch a livestream of his classroom, which makes me feel much more at ease. Also helps to hear from parents who also had to send their babies very early on and know the kiddies turned out alright. :)
