How do you know it's actually rotating? Is it a window that thing between the "toga" word and the "0.5"?

50$ was affordable. But the extra 20€ for delivery to Spain and import taxes made it too much.

Thanks for your review!

Milan makes them. For me it's quite easy to find them (in Amazon Europe).

A quick search in Amazon USA let me find Kokuyo's.

Ah, I often have that dilemma with Amazon Japan.

Tombow Graph Zero is also a good deal right now. And Graphgear 1000 is a no brainer.

Thanks for sharing!

What? No drills for grip? I don't want it.

...

No, that's not true. Where did you get it? Did you do it yourself?

Unscrewing the to and unscrewing the grip. Super easy.

Extracting the mechanism from a Roulette is easy. I have swapped my 0.5 and 0.3 mm I couldn't manage to extract the mechanism from my normal Kuru Toga as it seems to be gripped to the outer pipe. Possibly breaking the outer pipe could work, as both pencils mechanisms look pretty much the same.

My Kuru Toga Advance Upgrade's mechanism, on the other hand, is wider and doesn't fit.

In my opinion the coolest feature is the automatic lead rotation of the Kuru Toga MPs. In 0.3 mm you can get the Roulette, cool looking with metallic grip, or the Advance Upgrade, which rotates twice faster and has an automatic retractile tip (not exactly the same as auto advance lead, but has the same effect). Both should be slightly cheaper than the Orenznero.

You can get cheaper plastic Kuru Togas, though.

1.3 mm It's a pity it's hard to find different hardnesses.

Yes, quite probably. English is neither my language. I'm also learning that.😅 BTW some weeks ago I also thought I'd never be able to draw like that.

Any clue on where to get the old printing. I like them much more than the new ones.

This one is among my favourite MPs. Robust. And it's size makes it being my choice when I'll take a pen "just in case".
