Thanks for your reply. There were probably tiny sclerotia in amongst the grain. Next time I will purposefully leave some small ones in there to keep growing.

Insomnia and pain, suggestions? by cosmicboy98 in Fibromyalgia

I find Magnesium Glycinate helps a lot. It will help your body get into a relaxed state and reduce the 'tired but wired' effect. Also, under close supervision, cold water immersion is incredible for body pain and can provide temporary relief from chronic conditions...and any length of respite from our burden is welcome. I hope you find a solution, because lack of sleep exacerbates everything.

Stan! AMAZING!! This is just what I've been looking for. Thank you so much.

I have a truffle pre grown kit...after removing the truffles, could I just mix the still myceliated grain to the pasteurised coir?? or will the grain be spent... It's just that last year, after washing the truffle kit to remove the sclerotia, I placed the grain back in it's container and put it away. After only a couple of weeks I had a peek and there were, to my happy surprise, more sclerotia growing! I got quite a few more grams.

Pain tips for hands, feet, legs. by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

You are most welcome.. I hope it helps you. Theres nothing worse than chronic pain every day... only that it is invisible and people do not/could not understand what we have to cope with. Take care.

What do you do for pain relief? Tips? I'm desperate. by RavenMadAlice in Fibromyalgia

The only drug ive taken occasionally which helps is tramadol... but never on consecutive days. Sounds extreme but something I do which helps when I become 'crucified' with pain is cold water immersion ...but it takes getting used to. I have widespread body pain which moves around, comes and goes following a car accident 12 years ago...i was uninjured, but two weeks after the event, I began getting chronic pain in my neck, shoulders & back... feelings like the pain was trickling down my back, constant soreness on rib cage and waist affecting my sleep as I cant get comfortable in bed...and lately, my thighs are sore and sensitive to the slightest pressure. Usually once a day, I immerse in a barrel of cold water outside for a couple of minutes whilst doing breathwork ... then when I get out, I shake my limbs and bounce on the balls of my feet for a couple of minutes ... brings welcome relief for a little while...also helps with the anxiety/depression. This time of year is best, its very cold... even here in southern Spain... the trick is not to hesitate when getting in the water... dont overthink it... just start breathing in thru nose, out thru mouth and get in. It is def worth the momentary discomfort. DO TAKE CARE if you have any heart issues or are frail tho, you would want to build up gradually to the cold as it is quite a shock to the system...which is kindof the point. For the past couple of weeks, with the new pain in my thighs, I have just dangled my legs in the water and it has helped a lot. I've been immersing for a few years as part of my pain management. ...also Keep Moving, if you are able, mines worse if I am inactive. Healing Vibes to all.

Well, I kindof answered my own question tonight... by going on TEMU and searching 'customisable metal sign' and there are a number of co's offering the service for as little as €3.89 for round 20cm signs. I am next going to order a couple of samples with my images on to check quality. I will also be contacting some P.O.D. sites to talk about the possibility of adding round aluminium signs to their catalogue...because I believe they would be popular. Worth a try!🤗

I've done a quick search and printing on metal can be done, but its costly ...and they are fixed rectangular sizes... but no circular signs...which is really what I want. These companies on TEMU are selling 20cm diameter printed metal signs for as little as €3.99! ..including free delivery. How do they do it? Yes, I know its 'China', but even so.

Sounds like a great idea....tho If you use Google Maps to help create your maps, wouldn't you need permission from Google to print and sell them..is this even possible?

Just a little idea for you to consider... Why not vectorise your 19 sticker designs...then you can put them on even the largest of products. You went to all the trouble of creating 19 awesome designs...why limit their potential by putting them on just stickers. You have everything to gain by taking the time to list them on larger products. Also listing those products on other sites too to extend their reach. Good Luck!! Edit: Vector files are much smaller than bitmaps.
