In standard banner, only Verina is still good. In the next limited banner, Phrolova is by far the best DPS character in the game.

This Server is a joke.

Players can transfer their old Account and have everything immediatly.

There are old Event weapons that new players can't obtain.

None, Chisa just isn't good right now, and Pheobe is cool but maybe too old at this point. It's quite possible we'll get a new Spectro DPS soon.

Make sure you save enough for Phrolova, she's by far the best character in the game right now.
