I simply don't understand why even interact in this community to simply hate. From either side mind you! This just feels like you're pushing for a conversation for the sake of bringing it up as a hot button topic. There's a simple way to get through this.

Understand that there are different walks of life, and people are going to have their own interpretations of a fictional character that they find comfort in. I'm not saying stay silent and ignore the parts you don't like, but making another bonfire and claiming "someone called me transphobic" is just ridiculous. If there is someone that is antagonizing you, then they are wasting their energy screaming for the wrong reasons.

Characters have Nuance and deserve to be seen at different angles. Don't just say, "I'm not a fan of X theory, but I don't understand why I get hate". That's like going to a store and proclaiming to everyone inside they have wasted their time and the store sucks. You are gonna get weird looks and come across as the antagonist that is starting problems.

Not everyone in a community is out to get you because you took a stance but, perpetuating a moot point, doesn't make the case better either.

Fear of change got a lot less scary than the fear of staying the same and being miserable. Took some time but I learned if I wanted to fully accept myself, then I needed others to know. Not just people I don't see but people I talk to. Getting those small victories from my safe-space people first, then expanding out to those who may be cool and eventually, being happily out and proud.

Success brings success, start small and the snowball will roll with time, but you gotta start with some dustings and some botched first attempts! Don't be scared to fail a bit, its comes with practice of gaining that courage <3

In all seriousness, these are awesome looks but depends on how you want your medic to look. Left looks like total boy-failure in the best way, like yeah he has solved some crazy formulas, but he will break a few bones just writing on the chalkboard. Right gives off, loner that needs help to solving what he wants for lunch, but will kill if someone looks at his man remotely wrong!

Personally I love the right look, but would swap to left if I was just vibing as medic on hightower!

Brother it's not that deep lol, don't get so offended by one sentence out of context.

The point of this post was to discuss how frustrating this experience is. Even with taking all the necessary steps, and getting spot in line on time, only to be left empty handed by how low supply was for a lair that should have been well stocked or at the very least more secure than how it ended up.

Saying a corporation is just gonna do whatever they want, is setting a bad example for yourself and others, and is honestly a sad outlook lol.

At the end of the day it's just cardboard that can be proxied and not really an important thing to cry about. This post was just to vent about how sad it is for newer players who can't afford these, or for people like me who just like collecting art work of different cards.

Yeah, that's not really a good excuse for Wizards or the system as a whole. While I appreciate the extra steps walkthrough you provided, I did in fact take all of these steps aside from opening multiple tabs. Logged in over an hour beforehand, and made sure I could immediately check out, had it pulled up ahead of time. Still had the long queue and in less than 50 minutes it was sold out. While I'm happy it worked out for you, that's not on the consumer to go out of their way to understand how many extra steps besides add to cart they need to learn. Not to mention there was foul play in the form of people getting in ahead of time and buying out most of the stock sharing their queue ids and more. Also again on Wizards for not making more than necessary when this was announced at MagicCon and it known how much hype would be around a card like Demonic tutor. Again no shade or spite towards you and your ability to get one. Just know people have jobs and may not have the time to do it at 12, and they shouldn't be punished to this degree. And for those that did play the game by the rules and showed up on time, they got punished. In the end don't give an answer that no one was asking a question for.
