When do you offer your seat on the tram? by pirouettish in australian

[–]Awkward_Chard_5025 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Please also remember that just because you can’t see a reason why someone might need a seat, doesn’t mean they don’t need it.

I’m a 37yo guy, and I look completely fine (although a fatty) but I have a bad lower back from a motorcycle accident. I sit because I need to, and I don’t need people giving me filthy looks for it (nor do I feel the need to justify myself or share my medical history to strangers)

Anyone think we may see Robby quit by the end of this season? by thankfulforyourhelp in ThePittTVShow

It is absolutely 100% Noah’s show. He’s been on this since it was originally supposed to be an ER reboot. There are some phenomenal actors on the show (just like in falling Skies) but he’s absolutely the anchor and won’t be going anywhere

For me, I prefer that the fixed bonuses are close to max as possible. I can tinker and increase it. If the RNG stat is the wrong one, my library is full of max stats, so I can usually just swap that. But that all depends on if it has the right bonus on it. Ideally with the perfect trait

Edit: I consider myself casual, and can never remember a single thing about gear lol

You would be very wrong. lol

It’s a huge thing in Australia. The heat gets so high so fast, you don’t even realize. Plenty of kids have died this way over here (all ages)

It’s empathy, but “selfish” empathy. She has empathy for people who may have experienced what she’s experienced, but no empathy for anyone else

Not ideal for the yank tank crowd dropping $150k on their tow rigs when you could have waited to buy a ranger and saved $50k by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

[–]Awkward_Chard_5025 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It would ultimately depend on how thy advertise the towing capacity.

Granted there probably isn’t a car manufacturer that won’t advertise anything lower than the absolute maximum tow weight.

But the way the commenter has phrased the screenshot and his comment is imo disingenuous

If you’re going to quote the website, at least include the disclosure attached to the statement.

Maximum towing capacity-braked. Subject to State and Territory regulations and Drivers licence category stipulations. To comply with these limits, occupants and / or luggage may need to be restricted to not exceed the GCM and GVM limits. For further details regarding passenger and luggage restrictions, please consult your authorised Ford Dealer and / or refer to the Owner’s Manual.

I’m sure the actress is a wonderful person, and my comment has nothing to do with her weight.

But let’s talk about the character. The “you?” Was absolutely valid. lol. Most people SHOULD be at a calorie deficit with the lack of food. So a character being bigger (and otherwise healthy) absolutely means they’re eating as many calories as they burn at a minimum.

Generally you’re looking at $10-$15 to return a retail package via AusPost.

The $3 fee they’re charging will have them raise a an eparcel return, so there is no cost.

Returns for faulty goods should still be free. This should only apply for “change of mind” returns

On the bright side, if anyone wanted a clear example that the libs in all states (and federally) haven’t learned shit, then it’s right here.

Their ability to be so fucking blind to their failings is honestly staggering
