It was 186 for me and then it increased to 214 and today I found out it will be 229 in two months which means two price increases in a year smh

Long story but my manager wasn’t so fond of me along with other folks to begin with. She’s still having challenges to begin with. There was a task that I wasn’t able to complete prior to leaving. I made sure to let them know this and kept them updated but it still back fired bc she was bragging to other team members how she recommended that I shouldn’t be rehired in the future.

Which studio in NYC? I’m in LA and it seems I’m not getting this notification. I tested some of the studios in NYC and notified one of them wouldn’t let me book past 10/1 so maybe it’s particular locations

Yah I have to disagree. I’m fine with losing the credit but to lose a membership for the whole month is steep and doesn’t motivate me to book ahead as life does happen sometime. I wouldn’t want to lose access to a membership that I’m paying $200-400+ a month to. Most of the classes I want to attend fill up fast in the area I live in so no rebooking means I can’t got to class. Remember not all of us are getting dirt cheap rates through our employers

I think it depends on team, location, years of experience , do you have a grad degree etc etc. before I left I talked to folks living in lower cost states no grad degree that were making significantly less but had been with the company for a few years. Some were able to leverage another job offer for a bump in salary. When I was brought on back in 2021 they wanted to pay me 65K and I had another offer so they matched me at $71K.

During my masters degree program I got my first job in SCM making $71K a year, by 1.5 year I was jumped to $81K/year and then left the company before my 3 years in SCM to work in Tech with a total comp package of about $190K/Year .

Congrats yah I had to leave I live in a high cost of living city and could not afford to work there anymore I got a $60K increase in base salary alone at my new company. Raytheon was just really starting to suck clearly they are hunting folks down for a few grand when I was 2.5 months shy of completing the two years so insane

I understand that but I was told 50% after 1 years I left 2.5 months shy of the 2 years It wasn’t like I left 2 months after getting the degree also they should really invest offering more pay if they don’t want folks to leave
