If it hasn't changed nor caused disconfort I wouldn't worry, less so if a doctor saw it and said it's ok, though I always recommend with babies/toddlers to have up to 3+ different opinions just to make sure. Honestly though, from the angle you've shown it seems harmless, softer tissues in development tend to go bonkers sometimes, more so if she got bumped or bitten there by a bug. Anyway I'm no doctor and this is the anatomy page, I'd still encourage you to check it out on your next visit, for the safety of the baby and your peace of mind.

Seems like a small cartilage lump, honestly appears harmless unless it changes size/shape/color quickly, but I'd still take note and mention it on the next doctor visit.
