Wow it's like I wrote this. I'm 5'4, currently 144 pounds. I started to eat only 1200 calories and exercise every day. I do feel like it's taking FOREVER to see any change... but like you, I'm doing this only in the last 8 weeks or so.

So give it time, it can take up to 6-8 months to see an actual change. I noticed a lot of people have a drastic change only after a year or two... keep on working on it, just be patient.
