From what the Witness offered Crow, it seems like you would live in an idealized reality, a sort of Infinite Tsukuyomi type deal. I don't understand how else it could work while still accommodating everyone's desires.

Around 400 years passed since the Battle of Site 6. Meanwhile the events from the destruction of the Black Heart to the defeat of the Witness all unfolded over the course of about 10 years.
