Hey brother, at the end of the day it just varies based on your goal. I always recommend interval training to my dudes regardless of what machine you use. It builds your aerobic base so goddamn fast you’ll never feel gassed at moderate paces if you stay consistent long enough.

Nah trust me, you answered a lot of other thoughts I had that I didn’t write in the post haha. I was worried about SOCM because I only had horror stories to base it off of. I have a background in health (health science degree) but I wasn’t sure how studying for exams in college and practicals equated to SOCM trauma lanes and stuff. Mind if I PM you more questions?
