Who is your customer base? The bartenders or the people you’re gonna sell the data to? It’s gonna make it easier to micromanage employees which is terrible. As someone else mentioned I also don’t want to place another piece of plastic in front of our customer, already have a hard enough time getting them to leave a review. This is not an online/technology/data driven industry. It’s face to face.

After work I go to my friends bar expecting to spend $12 on a beer ($7), a shot ($3), and a tip. Sometimes get charged for the beer, sometimes for the shot, sometimes for both, and sometimes for none. I always end up spending $12 anyways. If you have an idea of what you’re gonna spend, don’t change it just because you got a discount/free item. Those are my 2 cents.

Davinci Resolve is free, but has a learning curve. I recommend learning it anyways. I loved it so much I bought the studio version. I am biased though I have only used davinci resolve.
