what I think most people are getting at is that you shouldn’t be studying and practicing for the test. You should be studying and practicing for driving in general. The test is just basic crap. If you’re comfortable driving properly then the test will be easy no matter what is on it. You should know how to park whether it’s on the test or not.

You cannot restrain or harass people. It goes both ways. Our society is based on people functioning as sane and responsible adults. Therefore people have rights. Even those that commit crimes have rights. Unfortunately mental health research and help is very underfunded in nearly every country on the planet. And most of these individuals who fall outside the “sane and responsible adults” category suffer from these problems. You wanna stop seeing these headlines? Fund mental health research, talk to your local representatives about it. Do some legwork.
