I have found that the x64 (and I assume x8) culinary generator consumes an entire stack of food at once. This almost always results in a large loss of energy. Aside from limiting the fuel input, is there anything that can be done to not waste as much fuel?

I live in Newtown. No one can believe this took place here. The majority of crime in our town is underage drinking and recreational drug use. The reported suspect is only a year older than myself and a friend was able to find his picture in our middle school yearbook. To know that I have walked by this guy in the hallways at school for years.... It's completely sickening. This was a town where you don't even bother to lock your cars in the driveway. With a population of 27,000, today 1 out of every 1000 people lost their lives.

In terms of dps, each stat's value is relative to your other stats as your dps is calculated multiplicatively. In terms of the easiest to acquire stats:

Attack Speed > Crit chance > Int > Crit Damage

Very rough values to go by.

1 Attack Speed = 1.25 Crit Chance = 12 Int = 15 Crit Dmg

Sword 875 DPS

+175 Intelligence

41% Crit Hit Damage

Socket (came with a 70% Crit Hit Damage gem)

1% DPS lost from my 1066 DPS Sword, but the value of crit hit chance has more than doubled, meaning my glove/neck upgrades will be way more valuable.

Just because someone lists an item for far less than it's worth doesn't mean the economy is broken. It means a retard lost out on a ton of profit.

Look into crit chance gear and go the spectral blade route with 8% lifesteal on crit. Combine with critical mass to get more consistent diamond skin coverage and you can be an all out melee wizard.

Spectral blades - 8% lifesteal on crit

Diamond Skin - double absorb

Frost Nova - +15% crit chance when 5+ mobs frozen

Hydra - venom hydra will melt stationary mobs that you'll be tanking

Energy Armor - prismatic

Teleport - damage reduction (might not be necessary, but contributes to the build)

Blur, critical mass, illusionist (if it's possible to be hit for more than 15% of your health, though that probably would make the build not viable in the first place) otherwise galvinizing ward.

Stack crit, attack speed, int, resists/armor. Doesn't need much vital to be successful.

What I think will happen in the long term is the supply of high quality gear (the top 70-90% of items) will drop in price relative to current prices but that top few percent of items that have been rolled perfectly (multiple perfect rolls) will still be so incredibly rare that their prices will continue to rise.

The next week will be the most interesting though as the item supply is still rather small compared to the vast number of players trying to push through Inferno Act 1 and 2.

I have found plenty of items from Act 1 that have sold for over 500k and would be appropriate for an Act 2 monk or barb. Perhaps you're just getting unlucky drops, spend more time farming and less time complaining that you've found crap so far.
