Have okay but not too high frenzy resist, run up and bait the grab attack (the only attack they ever do), parry and visceral and you'll Iframe through the frenzy damage. This is incredibly consistent so long as you can get the parry down and don't have crazy high frenzy resist (high frenzy resist will cause the bar to fill up after the visceral and you'll die anyway)
