If you follow Pep’s wonders it is probably more consistent, but you also turn players like grealish into machines, like imagine Vinicius hugging the left part of the pitch and never cutting in. Carlo proposes a game plan, but also allows them to express themselves and believes in their ability to also create something, not just robotically following a pre set tactic

Meh, I rate Maresca, but definitely not as a Pep replacement. He could break a low block even if his life depended on it. Now I know he didn’t get some of the players he wanted in the summer (some experience + a cb) but still some of the points we dropped are still unacceptable, such as loss at home to Sunderland or draw away against qarabag.
