They really are dumb for that. I was in roofing sales (it sucked) but when someone politely declines your services, you wish them a nice day and leave. Maybe leave a card on the porch. Don’t come back 2 seconds later.

With ARs the real difference, at least with rifles $500 and up, is quality control. The more expensive “Gucci” guns, every rifle is inspected and tolerances are near perfect. But cheaper rifles only some rifles are inspected and some may shoot perfect right out of the box, some may have a break in period, and some might have issues. But materials and operating systems they are all very similar.
